The Young Leaders exists with a simple belief: every child deserves the opportunity to stay in school, continue learning, and build a future they can lead.
For too many children, education stops not because they lack ability or ambition, but because the resources needed to continue are out of reach.
We believe that should not decide a child’s future.
Our work is focused on supporting children through school, into college, and across the opportunities that education can open.

That we can do something now is not charity. It is our duty, and it is our honour.

One School. 300+ Children. Already Real.
We did not write a plan and ask you to fund it. We adopted one school outright. When we adopted it, it had just over 100 children. Today, more than 300 children are being taught, tracked and followed.
Our Approach

For the ones who can go further, we find the right college, fund the seat, and stay with them until they graduate and are earning.

Identifying Children at Risk of Dropping Out
We work to identify children who are at risk of leaving school because of financial or other barriers. Children are selected based on need and merit, with educators playing a central role in deciding who should receive support.
Comprehensive Educational Support
Our support goes beyond simply getting a child into a classroom. It can include fees, books, uniforms, teachers, a learning environment, and the support needed to keep a child connected to school.
Mentorship & Guidance
We believe children need someone who notices when they struggle or stop coming to school. Alongside education, we provide continued guidance, wellbeing support and mentoring to help them keep moving forward.
Progress Monitoring
Every child we support is taught, tracked and followed. We monitor attendance, results and progress over time, while keeping supporters informed through regular reporting.
